The RBA Town Planning team work as Independent Planners, guiding both domestic and commercial clients through the complexities of obtaining planning permission. Using their knowledge and expertise, gained over a 20 year period, RBA produce robust and detailed planning submissions; either through the application process or the appeals procedure. RBA Town Planning are best placed to obtain the planning permission; from residential extensions, commercial change of use, through to industrial developments.
RBA Town Planning are a team of independent town planners with a Local Authority background, formed by the Principle Planner Terry Prideaux. Terry has worked within the planning field since his appointment to Wakefield Council Planning Department in 1995, working his way from a Junior Planner to a Senior Planner, including Senior Enforcement Officer over a 10 year period. Learning the craft, Terry has worked in a variety of Councils throughout Gloucestershire, Derbyshire, Surrey and West Yorkshire
