With over 20 years’ experience of the Planning System, 15 years of which working within Local Authority Planning Services in both Development Control and Planning Enforcement Terry as Practice Owner leads the RBA Team in delivering effective Town Planning technical advice and guidance and therefore providing you with the best chance of obtaining Planning Consent.

Paul spent 17 years working for a Global Blue Chip Company which provided him with excellent Policy and Procedural understanding to become a Town Planner. Since joining the RBA team with the focus of enhancing the appeals service, we have seen increased levels success and the service continues to go from strength to strength. Paul is currently working towards MRTPI accreditation.

Samantha has an established knowledge of Planning Policy and Procedure. Using this knowledge Samantha works along side the Senior Planning Team to deliver effective planning submissions either through the Application Process or the Appeals Services.

Rachel is an experienced CAD Technician and provides in house drawings to customers ensuring their needs are considered in the designing of new development whilst taking advice from the Planning Team on how best to design developments to ensure the quickest and most effective way to secure permission.

Lisa previously worked within Local Authority as a Planning Administration Officer and therefore fully understands the internal procedures when dealing with Planning Applications and Appeals. Lisa’s role is to provide Technical Support to the Team on Applications and Appeals, enuring that both The Planning Inspectorate and Local Authorities requests for detail are actioned and co-ordinated so that cases run smoothly keeping you updated every step of the way.

Kelly keeps the Team running effectively and efficiently monitoring deadlines, booking appointments and ensuring submissions are made in accordance with deadlines.
